Earthport PLC29 December 2006 29 December 2006 Earthport plc ("Earthport" or the "Company") Result of Annual General Meeting and Total Voting Rights All proposed resolutions were passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today. In accordance with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, theCompany provides notification of the total voting rights attaching to its sharecapital. As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consistsof 36,109,367 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each, with votingrights.
