EMIS Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 14 January 2016, that Capita IRG Trustees Limited as Trustees of the EMIS Group Share Incentive Plan (SIP), had purchased on 13 January 2016 the following Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of 1135.00 pence per share on behalf of the Executive Directors listed below:
