("Electrica"), as claimant, of several legal actions having as object the annulment and suspension of certain orders issued by the president of the Regulatory Authority for Energy ("ANRE", Romanian Autoritatea Nationala de Reglementare in Domeniul Energiei)
Electrica hereby informs that it has filed, as claimant, the following legal actions:
1. an action for the annulment of the ANRE Order No. 165/2015 for modification of the Methodology for establishing the tariffs for electric energy distribution service, approved by ANRE's president Order No. 72/2013 ("Order 165/2015"). The case was registered with the Bucharest Court of Appeal (under No. 130/2/2016);
2. an action for the suspension of the ANRE Order No. 165/2015 for modification of the Methodology for establishing the tariffs for electric energy distribution service, approved by ANRE's president Order No. 72/2013 ("Order 165/2015"). The case was registered with the Bucharest Court of Appeal (under No. 134/2/2016).
3. an action for the partial annulment (regarding the specific tariffs) of the ANRE <Societatea ,,Filiala de Distribuție a Energiei Electrice Electrica Distribuție Transilvania Sud" - S.A.>> ("EDTS"). The case was registered with the Bucharest Court of Appeal (under No. 340/2/2016);
4. an action for the partial suspension (regarding the specific tariffs) of the ANRE <Societatea ,,Filiala de Distribuție a Energiei Electrice Electrica Distribuție Transilvania Sud" - S.A.>> ("EDTS"). The case was registered with the Bucharest Court of Appeal (under No. 343/2/2016);
5. an action for the partial annulment (regarding the specific tariffs) of the ANRE <Societatea ,,Filiala de Distribuție a Energiei Electrice Electrica Distribuție Muntenia Nord" - S.A.>> ("EDMN"). The case was registered with the Bucharest Court of Appeal (under No. 342/2/2016);
6. an action for the partial suspension (regarding the specific tariffs) of the ANRE <Societatea ,,Filiala de Distribuție a Energiei Electrice Electrica Distribuție Muntenia Nord" - S.A.>> ("EDMN"). The case was registered with the Bucharest Court of Appeal (under No. 345/2/2016).

4. an action for the partial suspension (regarding the specific tariffs) of the ANRE <Societatea ,,Filiala de Distribuție a Energiei Electrice Electrica Distribuție Transilvania Sud" - S.A.>> ("EDTS"). The case was registered with the Brașov Court of Appeal (under No. 40/64/2016).

1. an action for the annulment of the ANRE Order No. 165/2015 for modification of the Methodology for establishing the tariffs for electric energy distribution service, approved by ANRE's president Order No. 72/2013 ("Order 165/2015"). The case was registered with the Cluj Court of Appeal (under No. 18/33/2016);
2. an action for the suspension of the ANRE Order No. 165/2015 for modification of the Methodology for establishing the tariffs for electric energy distribution service, approved by ANRE's president Order No. 72/2013 ("Order 165/2015"). The case was registered with the Cluj Court of Appeal (under No. 17/33/2016).
Electrica also informs that Electrica and its subsidiaries filed preliminary complaints with ANRE against Orders 165/2015, 171/2015 and 172/2015.
