Corporate Update
The Board of the Company announce that Matthew Gill, CFO of EJF Investments Manager LLC (the "Manager"), has resigned to pursue a new business opportunity. Mr Gill departs with the best wishes of the Directors. The remaining officers of the Manager and its investment committee remain unchanged.
