Noricum Gold Limited (`Noricum Gold' or `the Company') Director's Dealings
Noricum Gold Limited, the Austrian focussed gold exploration and development company, was informed today that on 10 February 2011 both Marcus Edwards-Jones and Greg Kuenzel, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer respectively, purchased 222,222 Ordinary Shares at a price of 4.5p per Ordinary Share (`the Share Purchase'). Marcus Edwards-Jones has subsequently transferred 50,000 Ordinary Shares to a member of his family.
Following the Share Purchase, Marcus Edwards-Jones' holding in the Company stands at 1,377,222 Ordinary Shares representing 0.28% of the issued share capital and Greg Kuenzel's holding in the Company stands at 822,222 Ordinary Shares representing 0.17% of the issued share capital.
