Declaration of Second Interim Dividend
Ecofin Water & Power Opportunities plc (the 'Company') announces that the Directors have today declared a second interim dividend for the year to 31 March 2012 in an amount of 1.625p per Ordinary Share.
The second interim dividend will be paid on 30 November 2011 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the Register at the close of business on 4 November 2011 (ex-dividend 2 November 2011).
