Mercator Gold PLC03 April 2006 The following replaces the "Director's Dealings" announcement made on 30 March2006 under RNS number 6770A at 12.29. The date on which the Company wereinformed should read "24 March" not "yesterday", rather than the share purchaseshaving been made "on that date", the text should have read "on 24 March 2006"and the price which was paid, namely "at an average price of 0.6125p per Share"was omitted. All other details remain the same. Subsequent to this purchase, Terrence Strapp holds a total of220,000 Shares, representing 0.56% of the issued share capital, together with475,000 Executive Share Options.
