At the meeting, e2v Chairman, George Kennedy reiterated that the Group'sperformance and outlook remains as indicated in the Interim Management Statementissued on 16 August 2007. At the closure of the meeting Mr Kennedy also announced that e2v will release aperiod end trading update in early October, after the completion of the firstsix months of trading.
