e2v technologies PLC23 November 2007 23 November 2007 e2v technologies PLC e2v technologies plc (the "Group") announces that on Friday 23rd November 2007,conditional share awards under the group's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")vested in respect of 91,000 shares for Keith Attwood, CEO and 71,000 shares forMike Hannant, Finance Director. These LTIP awards were subject to performance criteria based on the TotalShareholder Return of the Group relative to the Total Shareholder Return of apeer group of companies and were awarded for nil consideration. Mr Attwood and Mr Hannant have retained ownership of the resulting shares andhave not sold any to pay for the tax liabilities arising. In addition, both individuals have exercised options under the Group's ShareSave Scheme of 5,732 shares each at a price of 165.3p and retained the resultingshares. Following these transactions, Mr Attwood holds 1,346,732 ordinary shares,representing 2.16% of the issued share capital, and conditional share awardsunder the LTIP of 197,750 shares. Mr Hannant holds 531,674 ordinary shares,representing 0.85% of the issued share capital, and conditional share awardsunder the LTIP of 133,125 shares.
