Keith Attwood, Chief Executive Officer, disposed of 500,000 shares. Hisresultant holding is 1,565,128 shares, representing 2.80% of the Company. Mike Hannant, Finance Director, disposed of 500,000 shares. In addition MikeHannant transferred, by way of a gift, a further 5,000 shares. His resultantholding is 504,942 shares, representing 0.9% of the Company. Ian Godden, Independent Non-executive Director, disposed of 32,250 shares.
