Acal Plc - Director's Interests
Earlier today Acal plc ("Acal") announced that Malcolm Cooper had bean appointed as a Director of Acal.
It is confirmed that Mr Cooper has an interest in the ordinary share capital of Acal by way of options held under the Acal plc Executive Share Option Scheme. Details are as follows:
