Director/PDMR Dealings
Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") today announces that on 10 October 2012 it was informed of the following transactions in respect of ordinary shares of 1.5625 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Stephen Hemsley, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, (and trusts of which Stephen Hemsley and his family are potential beneficiaries) disposed of a total of 1,065,521 Ordinary Shares on 10 October 2012 at an average price of 520.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Nigel Wray, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, (and companies which are wholly owned by Nigel Wray and trusts which are beneficially owned by the family of Nigel Wray), disposed of a total of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares on 10 October 2012 at an average price of 520.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of the above transactions, the interests of Stephen Hemsley and Nigel Wray in the Ordinary Shares of the Company and thresholds crossed are as follows:
