Notification of PDMR and PCA transactions
Danakali Limited (ASX: DNK / LSE: DNK) (Danakali, or the Company) announces that it has received notification that Mr Seamus Cornelius, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR), has received 4,178,992 shares in the Company via an off market transfer from Kongming Investments Ltd, a person closely associated (PCA) with Mr Seamus Cornelius.
The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
