The relevant dates in respect of the Direct Line Insurance Group plc 2014 final and 2015 interim dividends are set out below:
2014 Final Dividend
12 March 2015 - "Ex-dividend" date for 2014 final dividend
13 March 2015 - Record date for 2014 final dividend
28 April 2015 - Plan notice date for election under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan
20 May 2015 - Payment date for 2014 final dividend
2015 Interim Dividend
13 August 2015 - "Ex-dividend" date for 2015 interim dividend
14 August 2015 - Record date for 2015 interim dividend
20 August 2015 - Plan notice date for election under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan
11 September 2015 - Payment date for the 2015 interim dividend
