Sale of 24,565 ordinary shares at £3.233949 per share effected to meet an immediate tax and national insurance liability, which arose on the release of 51,060 ordinary shares awarded under the Deferred Annual Incentive Plan (DAIP).
The 51,060 shares reflect a further vesting of 37,704 shares out of the total of 188,522 shares awarded to Mr Geddes on 28 March 2013 under the DAIP and 13,356 shares added by way of dividend equivalent in accordance with the rules of the DAIP.
Mr Geddes has retained 26,495 ordinary shares.
