DLG was notified on 6 December 2013 that on 3 December 2013 the following person discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') purchased ordinary shares in DLG ('Shares'), and was allocated one ordinary share for every two shares purchased free of charge ('Matching Shares') under the ISIP. This was a non-discretionary transaction.
