James will be retained by theCompany as a consultant for the short term. The Board would like to thank Jamesfor his efforts and contribution to Delling Group over the past three years. The Group has employed Svante Goden as Group CFO, who will be based inScandinavia and will take over the day-to-day running of the finance department.He joins the Group from Ernst & Young in Stockholm where he was a senior managerin their corporate finance department having previously worked within the auditdepartments in both their Stockholm and Los Angeles offices.
