Delling Group PLC14 December 2006 For Release 7:00 am 14 December 2006 DELLING GROUP PLC (DLG.L) The AIM-listed marketing support services group Acquisition of Prepress Company in Sweden Delling Group PLC ("Delling" or the "Company"), the only listed marketingsupport services group on AIM whose principal assets are in Scandinavia,announces that it has exchanged contracts to acquire Domain of Graphics AB("DOG"), a privately owned prepress company, with completion scheduled for 31January 2007, for a cash consideration. DOG has an annual turnover ofapproximately £0.56 million. The consideration payable is approximately £0.21 million, equivalent toapproximately 3 times DOG's expected pre-tax profit during its last financialyear (1 July 2005 to 30 June 2006). DOG's management team and employees will be integrated into Delling's mainoffice in Stockholm which will create cost benefits and synergies from January2007. The Directors believe that the combined entity will support Delling'sability to handle major new contract wins more efficiently.
