Daejan Holdings PLC11 February 2008 11 February 2008 DAEJAN HOLDINGS PLC INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT Daejan Holdings PLC (the Company) presents its interim management statement forthe period ending 31 December 2007 as required by the UK Listing Authority'sDisclosure and Transparency Rule 4.3. The Company published its Interim Report on 29 November 2007 for the half yearto 30 September 2007. This interim management statement summarises any furtherrelevant information for the third quarter of the current financial year. There have been no material events or transactions to report for the period andperformance has continued in line with expectations. The Group continues tobenefit from a strong financial position. The refurbishment of our property at 164 Shaftesbury Avenue is nearingcompletion a little later than originally anticipated but should be availablefor letting in Spring 2008. The building consists of 29,000 square feet ofquality office space in the heart of the West End. The redevelopment of our property in Worship Street in the City of London iscontinuing with completion expected at the end of 2008. As previously reported an interim final dividend for the year ended 31 March2008 has been proposed for payment on 7 March 2008. To qualify for the dividendshareholders must be on the register on 8 February 2008.
