GCP Student Living plc (the "Company") Dividend Declaration and Net Asset Valuation The Board of the Company is pleased to announce an interim dividend of 2.0pence per Ordinary Share, for the period from 20 May 2013 to 30 September 2013.The interim dividend will be paid on 5 December 2013 to shareholders on theregister as at 15 November 2013. The dividend will be paid as a REIT PropertyIncome Distribution (PID) in respect of the Group's tax exempt property rentalbusiness.
