The following options over ordinaryshares of 25p each were awarded on 1 August 2006 at a price of £5.2575 pershare: M Allen 56,112A S N Murray 56,112P W Thornton 56,112 The Company also allocated further additional shares on 1 August 2006, being thereinvestment of dividends on shares already awarded under previous phases of theLTISP, at a price of £4.745 per share as follows: M Allen 5,420J W D Hall 9,557A S N Murray 5,089P W Thornton 4,927 The total number of LTISP options currently outstanding for each director is asfollows: M Allen 196,888 (already vested 12,800)J W D Hall 248,220 (already vested 34,021)A S N Murray 188,297P W Thornton 184,088 Exercise of LTISP awards is subject to the achievement of defined performancecriteria over a 3 year performance period.
