DCC PLC05 May 2006 Senior Management Appointments Jim Flavin, Chief Executive/Deputy Chairman of DCC plc, today announces thefollowing senior management appointments to take effect on 1 July 2006: Donal Murphy, aged 41, currently Managing Director of DCC's SerCom division,will move from that position to become Managing Director of DCC's Energy andEnvironmental Services divisions. He will replace Tommy Breen who, as previouslyannounced, will take up the position of Chief Operating Officer of the DCC Groupon 1 July 2006. Donal has been with DCC for 8 years. Niall Ennis, aged 36, currently Finance & Development Director of DCC's SerComdivision (embracing the IT & entertainment products distribution business andSerCom Solutions) will take over from Donal Murphy as Managing Director of thatdivision. Niall has been with DCC for 8 years. Conor Costigan, aged 35, currently Finance & Development Director of DCC'sHealthcare division, will take over as Managing Director of that division fromKevin Murray who, as previously announced, has resigned with effect from 30 June2006. Conor has been with DCC for 9 years.
