DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

REGARDING MAJOR TRANSACTION AND CONTINUING CONNECTED TRANSACTIONS

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 11 September 2015 (the "Announcement") in relation to the Leasing and Factoring Business Cooperation Agreement. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

As stated in the Announcement, a circular (the "Circular") containing details of the Leasing and Factoring Business Cooperation Agreement, a letter from the independent board committee and a letter from the independent financial advisor of the Company, both advising the terms of the Leasing and Factoring Business Cooperation Agreement, is expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 6 October 2015.

As the Company requires additional time to finalise certain information for inclusion in the Circular, the despatch date of the Circular is expected to be postponed to a date falling on or before 13 October 2015.
