Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights
D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4) announces that on 23 March 2018, it purchased 85,261 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be held in treasury, pursuant to the share buy-back announced on 11 December 2017.

The above voting rights figure of 38,013,204 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
