Issue of Equity

 

The Company has today issued and allotted 265,011 new ordinary shares of 10p each ("New Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options by an employee of the Company.

 

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00am on 13 April 2011.

 

Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 65,325,321 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
