Grant of options
The Company announces today that it has granted options over 2,388,840 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ('Ordinary Shares'), pursuant to its Approved Share Options Scheme ('Approved'). At the same time it also granted options over 495,005 Ordinary Shares pursuant to its Unapproved Share Option Scheme ('Unapproved'). These options are exercisable at 33.0 pence per share at any time during the period from the third to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant.
