Mr Gibbs brings with him over twenty years of experience in the internationalcapital markets, having worked for a number major investment banks over thisperiod, including UBS, Paribas SA and NatWest. A wide range of roles, includingmany customer facing activities, have seen Mr Gibbs advising on initial publicofferings, merger and acquisitions and new fund raising in both the quotedequity and bond markets. Being able to call on such skills will be increasinglyimportant for Cyprotex, as it expands its global reach, product offering andenters increasingly into sophisticated joint ventures and collaborativeagreements. Over the past year, Cyprotex grew significantly, both in terms of revenues andcustomer base, as it capitalised on its growing reputation as a high qualityprovider of information and technology to the Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticalindustry.
