RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that yesterday, 27th March 2019, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 47,569 Ordinary Shares at prices between €16.19 and €21.12 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £15.54 and £20.83 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 33,971,939 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 809,418,399.
