RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that yesterday, 3rd October 2018, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 3,004 Ordinary Shares at the prices of €14.15 and €21.12 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £15.54 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 17,273,735 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 826,116,603.
