Directorship Change
Geoff Brady, a non-executive director of Carpetright plc, has advised the company of his intention to stand down from the Board with effect from 31st August 2010.
Lord Harris of Peckham, Chairman and Chief Executive, said "I would like to thank Geoff for his valuable contribution to the board over the last three years."
Carpetright is in the process of appointing a suitable replacement non-executive director and a further announcement will be made in due course.
