Europasia Education PLC25 July 2007 25 July 2007 EUROPASIA EDUCATION PLC RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME Aim-listed EuropaAsia Education plc ("the Company") announces that at today'sAnnual General Meeting ("AGM") all resolutions were duly passed. As a resultthe company will now change its name to Commodity Growth plc, in line with thechange in investment strategy approved by shareholders at the AGM. The Company will concentrate on investing in businesses that are involved inrare commodities, commodities trading and specialist materials, particularlythose used in the energy and environment sectors. It will initially look to invest in companies involved in molybdenum, which isused as an alloying agent in a number of industries including aerospace, oil andgas exploration, nuclear reactors and refineries. As approved at the AGM, the Company will look to dispose of its existingeducation assets to realise value for investing under the new strategy. Recently appointed Chief Executive, Benson Day, said: "I am delighted by thestrong support shown by shareholders for the change in investment strategy. Wehave already begun to work on a number of exciting opportunities in themolybdenum sector in China. We have chosen molybdenum as our first commodityto focus on, as our research shows there will be a significant increase indemand for it due to a combination of economic growth in China, the limitednumber of current suppliers and producers, as well as increased demand forstainless steel, chemicals, catalysts and super-alloys worldwide.
