Europasia Education PLC22 December 2005 22 December 2005 Europasia education plc SHAREHOLDER DISCLOSURE Europasia Education Plc ("the Company") has today been notified that London AsiaCapital plc ("London Asia") and its subsidiaries have acquired the followingordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company: • 300,000 Ordinary Shares at 5.65p per share on 20 December 2005 • 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 5.65p a share and 100,000 Ordinary shares at 5.50p a share on 21 December 2005 London Asia's holding prior to this acquisition was 2.28 million shares, equalto 5.0% of the issued share capital of the Company.
