Europasia Education PLC22 December 2006 22 December 2006 Europasia Education PLC (The Company) Application to Listing On 15 March 2006, the Company announced that it had taken an 8% stake in DalianBusiness Institute Ltd ('DBI'), a Chinese educational facilities managementgroup, for £0.7 million. Part of the consideration was satisfied by the issue of4,446,000 ordinary shares. These shares were allotted at the time, but noapplication for these shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market wasmade. An application for admission to trading will now be made.
