Director Shareholdings
Acquisition of ordinary shares of 614/81 pence (‘Shares’)
On 25 June 2015, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:
Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 641 Shares at a price of 278.1 pence per Share; and Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 697 Shares at a price of 278.1 pence per Share.The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 25 June 2015.
