Transaction in own shares
Cello Group plc (the "Company") announces that today it purchased 53,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 33 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.
Ordinary Shares held in treasury will be used to satisfy future earn out payments and/or options awards.
Following the above purchase, the Company now holds a total of 207,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury representing 0.46 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 44,354,603.
The above figure (44,354,603 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
