CLS Holdings plc (the `Company') Acquisition of own shares The Company announces that, pursuant to its general authority by shareholdersof the Company on 23 May 2006 to make market purchases of its own shares, theCompany has acquired today 251,976 Ordinary shares at an average price of535.03 pence per Ordinary share.
