CLS Holdings plc (the `Company') Acquisition of own shares
The Company announces that, pursuant to its general authority by shareholders of the Company on 23 May 2006 to make market purchases of its own shares, the Company acquired 11,481 Ordinary shares on 17 April 2007 at an average price of 710.34 pence per Ordinary share, with the highest price of 714 pence and the lowest price of 702.62 pence. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company now holds 7,488,649 Ordinary shares as treasury shares and the total number of Ordinary shares in issue excluding shares held as treasury shares is 72,593,187. Therefore the total number of voting rights in CLS Holdings plc is 72,593,187.
