Following the announcement on 29 November 2021, Clipper Logistics plc ("Clipper" or "the Group") is pleased to announce that the acquisition of Dutch specialist consumer electronics repair services, CE Repair Services Group B.V, has completed.

 

The Group plans to give more information on the acquisition as part of Clipper's Interim Results which will be published this Thursday, 9 December 2021.
