Director's share purchase
City of London Group plc announces that on Friday 18 June, John Greenhalgh, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 12,920 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 77p per share, for his pension fund.
John Greenhalgh now holds a total of 2,213,905 shares, being 21.7 per cent. of the total shares in issue.
