The Company announces that on 14 December 2021 Andrew Thomis, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 424 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 525 pence per share.
As a result of the above transaction, Andrew Thomis' beneficial interest in shares of the Company is 210,568 representing 0.51% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
