HOLDINGS IN THE COMPANY
The Company has recently been notified of the following interests in the shares of the Company:

The Company is aware of these new shareholders' desire to work with CGM to assist it in developing and delivering an investing policy for the benefit of all shareholders. It is anticipated that the Company will continue to focus on natural resources projects.
The Company anticipates posting a circular to shareholders convening the Annual General Meeting and setting out the proposed investing policy shortly.
As announced on 30 September 2010 the Company's shares have been suspended from trading on AIM.
