Director Shareholding
On 30 May 2008, the Company was informed that on the same day, David Carruthers, a non-executive director, via TCA Pty. Ltd. ATF TCA Staff Superannuation Fund, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of nil par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of A$0.43, representing 0.01% of the issued share capital.
Following this announcement David Carruthers is interested, directly or indirectly, in a total of 100,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.03% of the issued share capital.
