Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited23 November 2007 23 November 2007 CERAMIC FUEL CELLS LIMITED APPOINTS JEFF HARDING AS CHAIRMAN Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited, a global leader in fuel cell development, hasappointed Mr Jeff Harding as Chairman. Mr Harding was appointed as a Director and Deputy Chairman on 18 September 2007. Mr Harding has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. From 1995 to2005 he was Managing Director of Pacific Hydro Limited, Australia's largestrenewable energy developer with wind and hydro energy projects in Australia,Asia and Chile. During his tenure, Mr Harding oversaw the internationalexpansion of the business with growth in market capitalisation from A$5 millionto over A$750 million and an increase in profit after tax each year from 1996 to2005, when the company was sold to IFM Renewable Energy. Mr Harding resides in Europe and Australia and is currently a director ofRenewable Energy Holdings Plc, an AIM-listed owner and operator of renewableenergy technologies, and Chairman of Proven Energy, a Scottish manufacturer ofmicro-wind generators. Previously, he was deputy chair of the AustralianBusiness Council for Sustainable Energy. Mr Harding has Degrees in Civil Engineering and Economics, and a Masters Degreefrom Purdue University (USA). He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute ofCompany Directors. Mr Harding succeeds Mr Julian Dinsdale, who retired as a Director at theCompany's Annual General Meeting on 22 November 2007.
