Update Maxim Joint Venture in Trinidad
LGO today announces that, further to its announcement on 3 October 2013 concerning the non-binding Heads of Agreement ("HOA") with Maxim Resources Inc. ("Maxim"), originally announced in March 2013, agreement has been reached with Maxim to extend the deadline to complete the transaction by an additional 60 days.
The companies have reached agreement that the HOA will be extended until 31 May 2014 in order for Maxim to conclude the court case concerning its interests in the South Erin Block in Trinidad.
