Cashbox PLC06 August 2007 Cashbox plc ("Cashbox" or the "Company") Holding in Company The Company was notified earlier today that Carl Thomas sold a total of3,069,767 ordinary shares on 2 August 2007, 365,610 ordinary shares on 1 August2007 and a total of 315,959 ordinary shares during the period from 13 to 19 July2007. Carl Thomas now has a total beneficial shareholding in the Company afterthese transactions of 490,085 ordinary shares, representing 0.59% of theCompany's issued share capital. The Company has also been notified that Vernon Flynn has acquired 1,348,837ordinary shares in the Company and now has a total beneficial shareholding inthe Company of 6,619,156 shares, representing 7.96 % of the Company's issuedshare capital.
