Cashbox PLC26 April 2007 Cashbox plc ("Cashbox" or the "Company") Grant of Options The Board of Cashbox yesterday approved the grant to Directors of options overordinary shares in the Company. The options were granted under the Company's EMIShare Option Scheme and are exercisable at any time between 2 and 10 years ofthe date of grant at 18p per share (being the closing mid-market price of theCompany's ordinary shares on the day preceding the date of grant). Optionsgranted to the Directors were as follows: Director New OptionsCiaran Morton 2,000,000David Auger 800,000Andy Willmott 325,000 In addition, the Board agreed to grant Ciaran Morton a further 1,000,000 optionsover ordinary shares after the EGM on 11 May 2007. A further 250,000 options over ordinary shares were granted to operationalmanagement on the same terms as above.
