TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 1 December 2021 it transferred 36,639 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The highest and the lowest transfer prices were 1279 and 1107 pence, respectively. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,625,932 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 150,434,358 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
