The Company has been informed on 8 December 2015 by Equiniti Limited, the administrators of the Close Brothers Group plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), that it purchased Ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company under the Plan in London on 7 December 2015 on behalf of Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility at a price of £13.96 per share as follows:
