Charles Stanley Group PLC01 February 2008 CHARLES STANLEY GROUP PLC Share Incentive Awards 1st February 2008 The Board of Charles Stanley Group Plc has awarded furtherincentives under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme in the UK to some membersof the management team of the Company. Under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme employees are granted the ability toparticipate in a savings scheme that provides a tax effective means toparticipate in the acquisition of shares over a number of years. Employees havebeen offered the opportunity to participate in the 2007 award of this scheme.The total projected commitment from the 2007 award under this scheme is amaximum of 427,598 shares over the next three years.
