Charles Stanley Group PLC14 November 2007 Director/PDMR Shareholding Pursuant to Disclosure Rule 3.1.2 Stephen C. King, a person dischargingmanagerial responsibility within Charles Stanley Group Plc, has notified theCompany that he has sold 1,500 ordinary shares in the Company beneficially ownedby him at 320p and 3,500 ordinary shares in the Company beneficially owned byhim at 317p. His total shareholding is now 13,049 ordinary shares (including 1308 in hisCompany SIP and 41 Dividend shares) made up entirely of his Company SIP.
